Return Policy

Best Houseware Inc. is committed to the satisfaction of our customers’ purchase. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of an item if the item has not been opened and used.  When returned items have tags still on and are returned in original product packaging, there will be no-restocking fee and hassle free. Options for the returned items can be the exchange of an identical item, or a full store credit for the value of the item, or a refund for the value of the item. If the packages are opened, we would charge 15% of the retail price as the restocking fee. 

 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred on your purchase and return are not refundable as part of your return or exchange. The shipping fee will be calculated by www.ups.com / www.fedex.com published rate.

 

How to initiate a return:

All returns must be pre-approved by Best Houseware Inc and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us by email: support@auxusa.com to request a RMA number.

 

Return exceptions:

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Damage due to shipping/delivery:

If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Best Houseware customer care at 1-909-979-9892 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

 

Manufacturer Defect Returns:

Please call Best Houseware at 1-909-979-9892 for technician trouble shooting and repair. If the repair is covered by our warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you. For repairs not covered under our warranty, repairs may be offered by technicians at the customer’s expense.

 

Exclusive Remedies:

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to, and may be limited by, applicable law and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
